Spoonline Bistro

A bistro-style restaurant that also offers catering services for events. Their creative and diverse menus feature international dishes that can accommodate dietary restrictions like paleo, keto, gluten-free, and vegan. Menus can be found on their website. Open 5 PM - 10 PM, Friday-Tuesday; 9 AM - 2 PM, Saturday brunch.

Jack Sprat

A New American restaurant with a creative and diverse menu that caters to all dietary preferences, including vegan options. Diners can savor appetizers like vegan nachos and pan-seared halibut cheeks, enjoy mains such as wild-caught salmon and fresh pasta, and delight in desserts like chocolate olive oil cake and raw cacao cheesecake. Open 4 PM - 10 PM, Wednesday-Sunday; closed Monday-Tuesday. Note: Intimate, private dining rooms are available for special occasions.

Girdwood Brewing Company

A brewery offering meticulously crafted beers, featuring four core varieties alongside a rotating selection of seasonal and special brews. Guests can enjoy their drinks in a cozy timber-framed taproom adorned with local art and ski relics or in the inviting beer garden with fire pits. Food trucks are also available onsite. Open 11 AM - 9 PM daily.
